For landlords, we can proceed to make good the defects swiftly and efficiently before issuing you with your crucial safety certificate which is valid for five years. We’ll keep your certificate details on file so that when renewal falls due, we can issue a new certificate at a much reduced rate. If you are providing any appliances with the property, such as a cooker, fridge or washing machine, we can conduct the relevant portable appliance tests and provide you with the correct documentation for your records. Again, we’ll let you know when these documents are due for renewal, so you’ll never be caught out. Once the property is let, we offer prompt and reliable electrical maintenance services, liaising with tenants directly when necessary to make sure any electrical issues are corrected straight away.
